This site is operated by Nelson White, a licensed Georgia real estate salesperson affiliated with Compass ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through gracedthreshold.com and how we use it.
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide, your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your message. Our web host may also automatically log standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type for security and performance. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry and to provide the real estate and photography services you ask about. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
By submitting our form or otherwise providing your phone number, you agree that Nelson White and Compass may contact you by phone call, email, and SMS text message regarding your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
We share your information only as needed to serve you, for example, with our sponsoring brokerage and with trusted service providers such as our website host, and when required by law or to comply with our obligations as Georgia real estate licensees. Real estate services are provided through and supervised by Compass, a licensed Georgia real estate brokerage.
You may opt out of text messages (reply STOP), unsubscribe from emails, or ask us to access or delete the personal information you submitted by contacting us using the details below.
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

Back to HomeIf you tell us your market is outside Georgia, where Nelson White is licensed, we may share the contact details and property criteria you submitted with a licensed real estate agent or brokerage in that market so they can assist you. We make that introduction through Compass. You are never charged a fee for an introduction, and a referral fee, if any, is paid between brokerages and never by you. If you would rather we did not pass your information along, reply to any message from us, or call the brokerage at (404) 668-6621, and we will stop.
Forms on this site, including the inquiry form, the "start here" qualifier, and the "ask about this home" prompt on portfolio photographs, are processed by Netlify Forms. We store what you type, plus the page you submitted from, the referring site, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on. We use this only to respond to you and to understand which pages produce inquiries. We do not sell your information.
Homes shown in the portfolio are architectural photography subjects. They are not active listings and most are not for sale. Asking about one is a request for information, not an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell any specific property.
