Most weeks that means a listing in the Atlanta metro, shot the morning the light is right, delivered inside 24 hours so the agent can go live. Some weeks it is a builder documenting a spec home before it sells, or a designer who needs the kitchen they spent nine months on photographed properly. And some weeks it is neither, just a facade in Augusta or a shingled Craftsman in Berkeley that I could not drive past.
I shoot interiors, exteriors, twilight, detail, and aerial. I do not fish-eye a bedroom to make it read larger than it is, I do not stack HDR until the windows glow, and I do not oversaturate the lawn. The next buyer is going to stand in that room. The photographs should survive the comparison.
